All FCYFL coaches must agree to the Code of Conduct. Select the correct link for your club to complete the registration. In addition to the Code of Conduct, coaches must have completed the Coaches Certification and a Background Check. Check with your commissioner if you need additional information.

Please read these instructions prior to proceeding.
This form is intended for Member Club Coaches and Assistant Coaches to register as a coach with the FCYFL and to agree to the FCYFL Coach's Code of Conduct. In order to be an official coach on the roster of an FCYFL Member Club Team, the correct code of conduct form must be completed.
Please ensure that you have chosen the registration form for your club.
If you coached with the FCYFL last year and you provided an email address, you may already be in our system. Please follow the instructions for having your password sent to you during the registration process.
If you are a new coach, you will have to create an account as part of the registration process.
In addition to the required fields that will be marked on the registration form, you must provide your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email address when creating an account. If you do not provide this information you will not be able to coach in the FCYFL.
If you are a perspective coach, please contact the club nearest to you. A listing of member clubs is on this website under "Member Clubs".
You will need to provide the following information:
1. Personal Information (Name, Address, Phone, Email, etc.)
2. Club Affiliation
3. Weight Class where you will be coaching
4. Division (Anklebiters, American, Central, National)
5. Team Name and if there are multiple teams from your club in the same weight class with the same name, please provide a team number if known.
